La Cerdanya, 2019

We got the assignment to design a single-family house in “La Cerdanya”, a country side region in Catalunya. We designed a two-story detached house with the traditional look of the region. The “Llivia” stone is the main character in the façades combined with wooden stripes.

A double height void communicates the main floor to the upper bedrooms and captures the heat provided by the sun in the south façade. A compact and contemporary home to be finished very soon.
