Remodeling project for a dividing wall on Calle Vilamarí. A project is carried out on the dividing wall of the building located between Vilamarí street and Roma Avenue, the project is based on the modification of the dividing wall on the facade, therefore, we work on both the dividing wall and the old patio of lights . The intervention is used to carry out an energy improvement measure by injecting thermal insulation into the ventilated chamber of the façade, the carpentry of the windows are replaced and some metal elements are placed to protect the railings and clotheslines. At the same time, a system of metal structure with tensioners is installed on the main facade and a system of metal bars on the facade of the patio.

The building also has an outdoor area where planters will be placed to create a vertical garden. The set of planters in the outdoor area will be with a large but low height planter and a small but elevated planter. Climbing plants will be planted in the tall planter that, with the help of the tensioners, will reach half the height of the facade. In the lower planter, volume plants and low-rise climbing plants will be planted that will entangle with the patio bars to generate a green wall.
