In January 2020, we began to reform our office with enthusiasm. The objectives were clear: gain space, improve lighting and clean up the premises. The project consists of unifying the rooms of this ground floor premises, as well as rescuing from oblivion the materials and construction systems typical of this royal estate in Calle Padilla.

The color palette and finishes help us to configure a neutral space but with character. A reinforced concrete slab is made to improve the watertightness of the floor, also a perimeter cladding, it finally frees us from wet plaster.

The lighting is based on coordinating the sequential ceiling of Catalan-style vaults with the furniture, remaining at a perfect height to achieve uniform lighting.

Rough scrapes are used to cover the areas sensitive to use, bonding perfectly with the existing bricks.

As a result, we have a high-rise space that invites creativity and concentration, where we hope to continue working for many more years.
