The assignment was a complete renovation of a nice apartment in Gràcia quartier in Barcelona.

The client’s guidelines were clear: opening the kithchen to the living area and suppress one of the 4 bedrooms. We kept the initial layout in the night area, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the common area, the layout is articulated by a box in which we find a 3rd bedroom and the powder room. The daily pieces are placed around this box, getting a fluent circulation and maximizing the space. The materials used have a contemporary style but with a classic soul, following the client’s references.

As a result, we got a very spacious and functional home, where each activity can be developed together or apart.
