The apartment is located in a residential area of Barcelona, in Carrer Capita Arenas. The assignment was to divide a two apartments home, united in the past, and to make a complete renovation of one them.

The flat has a generous façade, bringing natural light to almost all the rooms. The living area is a diaphanous and wide piece. The project organizes this room through a single and particular element. A box embraces an existing column with cabinets around. The result is a multi-purpose box that gives service to the kitchen, the hallway and the living room. 

The bedrooms area is organized through a corridor. The left side of this way, hides the service pieces, such us bathrooms, wardrobes and laundry room. We achieve this by covering the wall with a lacquered white board that integrates all the doors. The lighting of the corridor is also in this covering, a line of light on top of it. The result is a very comfortable home, where all the daily activities are easy-going. A house full of well-settle nooks.
